    The place is great. There is one small bedroom (about 9x12) and one huge one (really big). Both have double beds and lots of closets. Living room/ dining room is big and airy. Comfy couch, chairs, tv, stereo, table, much of Andy's amazing movie collection and the first 5 seasons of the West Wing, etc. The whole place gets a ton of light. Most of the windows face west, immediately overlooking the Knickerbocker Tennis Club, a five-court club that provides endless entertainment (and opportunities for heckling from the fire escape). Beyond that is the train, the mansions of Flatbush, and a view all the way out to the Verrezano bridge. Easy roof access up the fire escape.
