Comfy couch, chairs, tv, stereo, table, much of Andy's amazing movie collection and the first 5 seasons of the West Wing, etc. The whole place gets a ton of light. Most of the windows face west, immediately overlooking the Knickerbocker Tennis Club, a five-court club that provides endless entertainment (and opportunities for heckling from the fire escape). Beyond that is the train, the mansions of Flatbush, and a view all the way out to the Verrezano bridge. Easy roof access up the fire escape.
    Laundry in the lobby (makes the place smell nice, and you too). Good kitchen (all our cooking stuff will be there if you want it).
