    • Kim Weinstein (Rhodes) is a makeup artist and the author of the 2003 beauty guide City: New York. Her website www.iamprettynyc.com showcases not only the makeup she does, but her services as a personal shopper for makeup as well as her writing. She is a staunch defender and an arrogant resident of New York. As such, her website is devoted also to the people, places and products that make New York pretty and so if you have a unique business or profile, she would love to spotlight you in her Spotlight section.
